We offer a simple and convenient way to return all or part of your order.

If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us through either Email or WhatsApp.
Please provide the following information:
- The Order Reference Number
- Details of the item(s) you are returning
- Reason(s) why you wish to return the item(s)
- If the item is damaged or incorrect please also provide photos.

The Petku Team will be in touch within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry. You may be asked to provide additional information or photos of any damaged items.

Once your return has been approved, you will be given a Return Number. We will not accept any returned items without an approved Return Number.

We will advise you on how best to return your items to us.

If a refund is due, we will arrange this upon receiving the returned item(s).
